11  Senator Wise moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 9, between lines 5 and 6,

15

16  insert:

17         (8)  The department shall enter into an agreement with

18  each applicant that receives funds under this section

19  specifying the period during which the applicant must continue

20  to operate, maintain, and administer the agriculture education

21  and promotion facility in accordance with the purposes for

22  which the funds were appropriated. In addition, the agreement

23  must specify a formula under which the department may recoup

24  all or a portion of the funds received by the applicant if the

25  applicant fails to operate, maintain, and administer the

26  facility in accordance with the agreement.
