  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to mobile home license fees;

  3         amending s. 193.075, F.S.; revising provisions

  4         for mobile homes not taxed as real property;

  5         providing for appurtenances and attachments;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  Subsection (2) of section 193.075, Florida

11  Statutes, is amended to read:

12         193.075  Mobile homes and recreational vehicles.--

13         (2)  A mobile home that is not taxed as real property

14  shall have a current license plate properly affixed as

15  provided in s. 320.08(11) and the license fee provided shall

16  include any appurtenances and attachments thereto. Any such

17  mobile home without a current license plate properly affixed

18  shall be presumed to be tangible personal property.

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
