  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to insurance; expressing the

  3         legislative intent to enact legislation

  4         relating to insurance for in-home nursing and

  5         assisted living care; providing an effective

  6         date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  It is the intent of the Legislature to

11  enact legislation relating to insurance for in-home nursing

12  and assisted living care.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
