11  Senator Sanderson moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         On page 5, lines 7-11, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         (5)  Any insurer in this state that writes workers'

18  compensation insurance shall accrue a liability on its

19  financial statements for all Special Disability Trust Fund

20  assessments that are due within the current calendar year. In

21  addition, those insurers shall also disclose in the notes to

22  the financial statements required to be filed under s. 624.424

23  an estimate of future Special Disability Trust Fund

24  assessments, if the assessments are likely to occur and can be

25  estimated with reasonable certainty.
