18  and insert:  Section 2.  The Executive Office of the Governor

19  is directed to establish spending authority from

20  unappropriated trust fund balances in the Department of

21  Transportation in the amount of $550,000 to a new category

22  titled "Relief: Patsy Baucco" as relief for injuries and

23  damages sustained, which amount includes statutory attorney's

24  fees and costs.
