19         Section 1.  Section 683.26, Florida Statutes, is

20  created to read:

21         683.26  Florida Rescue Workers' Day.--September 11 of

22  each year is designated as "Florida Rescue Workers' Day," in

23  recognition of the sacrifices made by Florida rescue workers

24  in the face of unthinkable tragedy.
