  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to the Division of Florida Land

  3         Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile Homes of the

  4         Department of Business and Professional

  5         Regulation; expressing the legislative intent

  6         to enact laws relating to the Division of

  7         Florida Land Sales, Condominiums, and Mobile

  8         Homes of the Department of Business and

  9         Professional Regulation; providing an effective

10         date.

12  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

14         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to enact laws

15  relating to the Division of Florida Land Sales, Condominiums,

16  and Mobile Homes of the Department of Business and

17  Professional Regulation.

18         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

19  law.
