14         On page 4, line 19,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  services for young adults through a continuum of

18  an array of transition services utilizing state foster care

19  and federal funds. The continuum of services may include

20  options that range from remaining in current foster care

21  placement, assisted living in a group home, and fully

22  independent living, depending on the skills and maturity of

23  the child. Services may include, but are not limited to,

24  educational and vocational training and developing personal

25  support systems as more fully set forth in subsection (8).

26  Youth who were in foster care prior to 18 years of age and who

27  leave foster care at 18 years of age shall be eligible for

28  services as set forth in
