14         Amendment to Amendment (984261) 

15         On page 8, lines 5 and 17, after the period,

16

17  insert:  The provisions of this subsection relating to

18  individuals 18 years of age and older  shall be implemented to

19  the extent of available appropriations contained in the annual

20  General Appropriations Act for such purpose.
