  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Hernando County; repealing

  3         ch. 14094, 1929, Laws of Florida, which grants

  4         the state's permission for the Florida West

  5         Coast Water Company to withdraw water from

  6         Weekiwachee Spring or River; providing an

  7         effective date.

  8

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Chapter 14094, 1929, Laws of Florida, is

12  repealed.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

14  law.
