From the funds in Specific Appropriation 2236H, $800,000 in General
Revenue from the base allocation is provided for the Centers for
Independent Living and shall be used as match for the Basic Support
Program.   Funding from Social Security Reimbursements (program income)
in an amount of up to $3,755,867 shall be allocated to the Centers for
Independent Living.
