Section: 29              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 353             Transfers $100 million to the General Revenue Fund from
                         the Debt Reserve Fund for Preservation 2000.

        In Section 29  On Page 353

INSERT new Section after Section 29, and renumber subsequent sections:

$100 million of funds in the Debt Reserve Fund for Preservation 2000 and
Florida Forever bonds is hereby appropriated to the Sinking Fund for the
Florida Forever Program.  The Division of Bond Finance shall purchase a
surety bond to replace these funds.  $100 million is hereby transferred
from the Land Acquisition Trust Fund to the General Revenue Fund.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
