From the funds appropriated in Specific Appropriation 4, $350,000,000 is
provided, contingent upon CS/SB 1298 and 1326 or similar legislation
becoming law, as district discretionary lottery funds that shall be used
by districts for purposes consistent with the district's policies and
procedures that define enhancement.
