page 14 following the word "Optometry" insert the following new proviso:

Dentistry, Nursing

Insert the following new proviso at the end of the existing paragraph of 
proviso:

From the funds appropriated in Specific Appropriation 59, $50,000 is
provided for the acquisition of textbooks and equipment to establish the
nursing program for the enrollment of students beginning January, 2003.
Nova Southeastern University is authorized to serve a maximum of twenty
(20) dental students at a program co-located with the University of West
