Insert the following new proviso following Specific Appropriation 98 on 
page 19:

From the funds appropriated in Specific Appropriation 98 from the
Principal State School Trust Fund, $2,500,000 is provided to fund pilot
programs in Florida schools to evaluate products which will assist
classroom teachers to evaluate students and to increase the achievement
level of students.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process. However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
