INSERT a new paragraph of proviso immediately following Specific 
Appropriation 235:

Funds in Specific Appropriation 235 reflect a reduction of $11,726,000
from the Medical Care Trust Fund and an increase of $8,000,000 in the
Grants and Donations Trust Fund resulting from the continued
implementation of pharmacy cost containment initiatives.

Line item amendments are accepted as part of the amendatory process.  However, due to the necessity of using computerized systems this may entail a different placement
within a budget entity or the renumbering of the specific appropriation items.
