On Page: 170             This is a technical amendment that corrects a
                         typographical error in proviso language.  The amendment
Spec App: 1334A          conforms the proviso with the actual amount of
                         appropriation contained on line item 1334A - Salary
                         incentive payments for Parole Commission.
