On Page: 340             This amendment increases the lapse period for
                         establishing additional new judgeships from October 1,
Spec App: 3175           2002 until January 1, 2003 and redirects the $423,780
                         in savings to fund building rental and moving costs for
                         the Second District Court of Appeals which will soon
                         relocate to the campus of the Stetson University Law
                         School.
