  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Lafayette County; repealing

  3         chapter 59-1460, Laws of Florida, relating to

  4         the Lafayette County Development Authority;

  5         providing for the assumption of the assets and

  6         liabilities by the county; providing an

  7         effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Chapter 59-1460, Laws of Florida, is

12  repealed.

13         Section 2.  The assets and liabilities of the Lafayette

14  County Development Authority are transferred to the Board of

15  County Commissioners of Lafayette County.

16         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.
