1 A bill to be entitled
2 An act relating to trust funds; creating an
3 account in the operating account of the Florida
4 Endowment Foundation for Vocational
5 Rehabilitation; providing sources of funds and
6 uses of moneys in the account; providing for
7 future review and termination or re-creation of
8 the account; providing a contingent effective
9 date.

11 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

13 Section 1. (1) An account is established in the
14 operating account of the Florida Endowment Foundation for
15 Vocational Education within the Department of Revenue. Funds
16 shall be deposited into this account as provided by Senate
17 Bill 576 or similar legislation and used for the pilot program
18 established in such legislation.
19 (2) In accordance with Section 19(f)(2), Article III
20 of the State Constitution, the account must, unless terminated
21 sooner, be terminated on July 1, 2006. Before its scheduled
22 termination, the account must be reviewed as provided in
23 section 215.3206(1) and (2), Florida Statutes.
24 Section 2. This act shall take effect on the effective
25 date of Senate Bill 576, or similar legislation, but it shall
26 not take effect unless it is enacted by a three-fifths vote of
27 the membership of each house of the Legislature and unless
28 Senate Bill 576, or similar legislation, becomes a law.
