13         Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 14, between lines 6 and 7,

16   insert:

17         Section 2.  Commencing on July 1, 2002, there shall be

18  a one time period of 45 days in which members of the Florida

19  Retirement System who have reached normal retirement date and

20  have not retired and did not elect to participate in the DROP

21  within one year of reaching normal retirement age may elect to

22  participate in the program.
