8 Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10 Section 1. Section 2.01 of Article 2 of chapter
11 70-623, Laws of Florida, as amended by chapter 72-499, Laws of
12 Florida, and as further amended by annexations of certain
13 territory by the City of Cape Coral, is amended to read:
