11  The Committee on Transportation offered the following:

14         On page 18, lines 22 through 25,
15  remove from the bill:  all of said lines,
16  
17  and insert:  chapter 110.  Among the staff shall be chief
18  financial officer, who must be a proven, effective
19  administrator with demonstrated experience in financial
20  management of a large bonded capital program, and must hold an
21  active license to practice public accounting in Florida
22  pursuant to chapter 473.  The turnpike enterprise staff also
23  shall include the Office of Toll Operations.
