20  activities.  Officers appointed under this section have the

21  primary responsibility for enforcing laws relating to size and

22  weight of commercial motor vehicles; safety, traffic, tax and

23  registration of commercial motor vehicles; interdiction of

24  vehicles defined as contraband under s. 319.33, illegal drugs

25  and stolen property; and
