  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Lehigh Acres Fire Control

  3         and Rescue District, Lee County; providing for

  4         deannexation of certain lands currently

  5         included within the district; providing an

  6         effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The following lands in Lee County are

11  hereby deannexed and excluded from the boundaries of Lehigh

12  Acres Fire Control and Rescue District:

13

14         All of Section 32 in Township 45 South, Range

15         26 East.

16

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

18  law.
