11  Senator Cowin moved the following amendment:

13         Senate Amendment 

14         Delete everything after the enacting clause

16  and insert:

17         Section 1.  The Legislature finds and declares that it

18  is necessary to clarify Chapter 10811, Laws of Florida, by

19  defining the boundary between Lake Harris and Little Lake

20  Harris in Lake County, Florida, as the State Road 19 bridge,

21  for the purpose of establishing a Southeast boundary for Lake

22  Harris under the act.

23         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

24  law.
