  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Lake County; establishing

  3         the boundary between Lake Harris and Little

  4         Lake Harris; providing an effective date.

  5

  6  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  7

  8         Section 1.  The Legislature finds and declares that it

  9  is necessary to clarify Chapter 10811, Laws of Florida, by

10  defining the boundary between Lake Harris and Little Lake

11  Harris in Lake County, Florida, as the State Road 19 bridge,

12  for the purpose of establishing a Southeast boundary for Lake

13  Harris under the act.

14         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

15  law.
