14 On page 2, lines 3-10, delete those lines

16 and insert:
17 (c) Any offense of sexual battery under 794.011 for
18 which the identity of the alleged perpetrator is determined
19 after the expiration of such applicable time period and the
20 perpetrator's identity is confirmed through DNA
21 (deoxyribonucleic acid) analysis from a specimen or specimens
22 collected during the investigation of a crime or otherwise
23 made available to a law enforcement agency, when such
24 information was not known to or in the possession of the
25 agency for comparison prior to the expiration of the
26 applicable time period. Such information may be used as
27 evidence in a criminal proceeding or for the purpose of
28 identification.
