14         On page 15, between lines 17, and 18,

17         Section 6.  Notwithstanding any provision of law

18  providing for a waiver of sovereign immunity, the state, its

19  agencies, or subdivisions or employees of the state, its

20  agencies, or subdivisions are not liable to any person for

21  negligently causing death or personal injury arising out of

22  complying with section 944.355, Florida Statutes.
