  2         An act relating to Lafayette County; repealing

  3         chapter 59-1460, Laws of Florida, relating to

  4         the Lafayette County Development Authority;

  5         transferring assets and liabilities of the

  6         Authority to the Board of County Commissioners;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  Chapter 59-1460, Laws of Florida, is

12  repealed.

13         Section 2.  All assets and liabilities of the Lafayette

14  County Development Authority are hereby transferred to the

15  Board of County Commissioners of Lafayette County.

16         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

17  law.
