  2         An act relating to state universities;

  3         authorizing a bachelor of science in nursing

  4         degree program at the University of West

  5         Florida; authorizing a master's in social work

  6         degree program at Florida Atlantic University;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

10

11         Section 1.  A bachelor of science in nursing degree

12  program is authorized at the University of West Florida.

13         Section 2.  A master's in social work degree program is

14  authorized at Florida Atlantic University.

15         Section 3.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

16  law.
