14         On page 3, between lines 2 and 3,

17         (7)  Notwithstanding the provisions of subsection (6),

18  this section is not intended to relieve a governmental entity

19  of its common law duty to provide reasonable warning to the

20  public of dangerous conditions of which the governmental

21  entity knew or should have known existed in an area it holds

22  out to the public as a swimming area or leads the public to

23  believe is a designated swimming area.
