13         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

14         On page 45, line 18, delete that line

16  insert:

17         Section 36.  Effective July 1, 2003, section 372.60,

18  Florida Statutes, is repealed.

19         Section 37.  Unless otherwise specified, this act shall

20  take effect July 1, 2002.
