15         On page 22, between lines 5 and 6,

17  insert:

18         (c)  For noninstitutional providers, must be mailed or

19  electronically transferred to an organization within 9 months

20  after completion of the service and the provider is furnished

21  with the correct name and address of the patient's health

22  maintenance organization. For institutional providers, unless

23  otherwise agreed to through contract, all claims must be

24  mailed or electronically transferred to an organization within

25  9 months after completion of the service and the provider is

26  furnished with the correct name and address of the patient's

27  health maintenance organization. Health maintenance

28  organizations must accept an institutional provider's

29  electronic system billing date as proof that a claim has been

30  sent.
