14         On page 23, lines 22-26, delete those lines

15

16  and insert:

17         Section 12.  The Florida Black Business Investment

18  Board, Inc., shall report to the Governor, the President of

19  the Senate, and the Speaker of the House of Representatives by

20  February 1, 2003, on the feasibility of including minority

21  business enterprises, as defined under section 288.703,

22  Florida Statutes, within the programs, services, and

23  activities of the Florida Black Business Investment Board,

24  Inc., and the black business investment corporations. The

25  report shall include recommendations on a funding level

26  necessary to expand the scope of such programs, services, and

27  activities to include other minority business enterprises in

28  addition to black business enterprises.
