18         The filling, delivery, and return of a prescription by

19  one pharmacy for another pharmacy pursuant to this section

20  shall not be construed as the filling of a transferred

21  prescription as set forth in s. 465.026 or as a wholesale

22  distribution as set forth in s. 499.012(1)(a).
