  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to Dixie, Gilchrist, and Levy

  3         Counties; repealing chapter 84-423, Laws of

  4         Florida, relating to the Tri-County Hospital

  5         Authority; providing an effective date.

  7  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  8

  9         Section 1.  Chapter 84-423, Laws of Florida, is

10  repealed.

11         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

12  law.
