14         On page 1, lines 21-23, delete those lines

16  and insert:  served in a judicial office for a minimum of 10

17  years;

18         (b)  Whose practice of law is limited as provided by

19  the Florida Supreme Court for retired judges or justices; and

20         (c)  Who is approved for temporary duty as a judge or

21  justice by the chief judge or chief justice and, if defeated,

22  is so approved by the appropriate judicial nominating
