18         Section 39.  Johnnie Mae Chappell Memorial Highway

19  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

20  markers.--

21         (1)  The portion of New Kings Road (S.R. 15) in Duval

22  County between Moncrief Road and Redpoll Avenue is hereby

23  designated "Johnnie Mae Chappell Memorial Highway."

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating "Johnnie Mae Chappell

26  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).
