14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 11, between lines 25 and 26,

17  insert:

18         Section 39.  Monsignor Bryan O. Walsh Boulevard

19  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

20  markers.--

21         (1)  Northeast 21st Street from Biscayne Boulevard to

22  Biscayne Bay in Miami is hereby designated as "Monsignor Bryan

23  O. Walsh Boulevard."

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is hereby

25  directed to erect suitable markers designating "Monsignor

26  Bryan O. Walsh Boulevard" as described in subsection (1).

27         Section 40.  Joe Celestin Boulevard; Department of

28  Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

29         (1)  Southwest 17th Avenue to Biscayne Boulevard along

30  N.W. 125th Street in Miami is hereby designated "Joe Celestin

31  Boulevard."

  7         (1)  Flagler Street from 12th Avenue to 17th Avenue in

  8  Miami is hereby designated as "Father Emilio Vallina

  9  Boulevard."

10         (2)  The Department of Transportation is hereby

11  directed to erect suitable markers designating "Father Emilio

12  Vallina Boulevard" as described in subsection (1).
