14         Senate Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 11, between lines 25 and 26,

18         Section 39.  Johnnie Mae Chappell Memorial Highway

19  designated; Department of Transportation to erect suitable

20  markers.--

21         (1)  The portion of Edgewood Avenue West in Duval

22  County between Moncrief Road and U.S. 1 is hereby designated

23  "Johnnie Mae Chappell Memorial Highway."

24         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

25  erect suitable markers designating "Johnnie Mae Chappell

26  Memorial Highway" as described in subsection (1).
