14         On page 2, line 29 through page 3, line 2,

15  remove:  all of said lines

17  and insert:  Marine Academy may receive an award.  The award

18  is calculated by using the average matriculation and fee

19  calculation for full-time attendance at a public postsecondary

20  education institution at the comparable level reduced by the

21  amount of any stipends provided by the government.
