11  The Committee on Fiscal Policy & Resources offered the

14         Amendment (with title amendment) 

15         On page 4, between lines 19 and 20,

17  insert:

18         Section 4.  Notwithstanding any other provision of law,

19  the Office of Tourism, Trade, and Economic Development may

20  amend the boundaries of an area designated as an enterprise

21  zone in Manatee County as long as any additional area included

22  within the enterprise zone does not increase the overall size

23  of the enterprise zone by more than 1 square mile and the

24  additional area is contiguous with the existing enterprise

25  zone in such county. An amendment under this section shall be

26  consistent with the limitations imposed by s. 290.0055,

27  Florida Statutes, upon establishment of the enterprise zone.
