  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designations;

  3         designating a portion of State Road 19 in Lake

  4         County as the "PFC Robert M. McTureous, Jr.,

  5         U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway";

  6         directing the Department of Transportation to

  7         erect suitable markers; providing an effective

  8         date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  PFC Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C.,

13  Medal of Honor Memorial Highway designated; Department of

14  Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

15         (1)  That portion of State Road 19 in Lake County from

16  the north end of Lake County to the intersection of State Road

17  19 and Highway 441 in Eustis is hereby designated as the "PFC

18  Robert M. McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial

19  Highway."

20         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

21  erect suitable markers designating the PFC Robert M.

22  McTureous, Jr., U.S.M.C., Medal of Honor Memorial Highway as

23  described in subsection (1).

24         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

25  law.
