  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to road designation;

  3         designating a portion of State Road 580 in the

  4         City of Temple Terrace as "Temple Terrace

  5         Parkway"; directing the Department of

  6         Transportation to erect suitable markers;

  7         providing an effective date.

  9  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

11         Section 1.  Temple Terrace Parkway designated;

12  Department of Transportation to erect suitable markers.--

13         (1)  State Road 580 within the City of Temple Terrace

14  beginning at 52nd Street and Overlook Drive through 56th

15  Street is designated as "Temple Terrace Parkway."

16         (2)  The Department of Transportation is directed to

17  erect suitable markers designating Temple Terrace Parkway as

18  described in subsection (1).

19         Section 2.  This act shall take effect upon becoming a

20  law.
