15 remove: all of said lines

17 and insert: comply with a lawfully issued subpoena of the
18 department; or
19 (i) Practicing on a revoked, suspended, inactive, or
20 delinquent license.
21 (2) The board shall specify by rule the acts or
22 omissions that constitute a violation of subsection (1).
23 (2)(3) When the board finds any surveyor and mapper
24 guilty of any of the grounds set forth in subsection (1), it
25 may enter an order imposing one or more of the following
26 penalties:
27 (a) Denial of an application for licensure.
28 (b) Revocation or suspension of a license.
29 (c) Imposition of an administrative fine not to exceed
30 $1,000 for each count or separate offense.
31 (d) Issuance of a reprimand.

1 (e) Placement of the surveyor and mapper on probation
2 for a period of time and subject to such conditions as the
3 board may specify.
4 (f) Restriction of the authorized scope of practice by
5 the surveyor and mapper.
6 (3)(4) The department shall reissue the license of a
7 disciplined surveyor and mapper upon certification by the
8 board that he or she has complied with all of the terms and
9 conditions set forth in the final order.
