14 On page 27, line 25 delete that line

16 and insert: other related services. However, the department,
17 pursuant to the grants of authority to the turnpike enterprise
18 under this section, shall not exercise the power of eminent
19 domain solely for the purpose of acquiring real property in
20 order to provide business service or opportunities, such as
21 lodging and meeting room space on the turnpike system. ; and
