15         On page 64, lines 23 through 28,

16  remove:  All of said lines

17

18  and insert:  determines, based upon each decennial census,

19  that redistricting is appropriate to ensure that the

20  requirements of subsection (2) of section 9 and paragraph (c)

21  are accomplished and adequately monitored or until decennial

22  census of 2010.  Thereafter, there shall be a redistricting

23  commission is appointed as outlined in paragraph (b).  All

24  Council district boundaries shall be based upon population

25  data derived from the most recent decennial census.
