  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to growth management;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise s.

  4         163.3215, F.S., governing the challenge of a

  5         development order by an aggrieved or adversely

  6         affected party on the basis of inconsistency

  7         with a local government comprehensive plan;

  8         providing an effective date.

10  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

12         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise section

13  163.3215, Florida Statutes, governing the challenge of a

14  development order by an aggrieved or adversely affected party

15  on the basis of inconsistency with a local government

16  comprehensive plan.

17         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
