  1                      A bill to be entitled

  2         An act relating to growth management;

  3         expressing the legislative intent to revise ss.

  4         380.06 and 380.0651, F.S., relating to the

  5         development-of-regional-impact program;

  6         providing an effective date.

  8  Be It Enacted by the Legislature of the State of Florida:

  9

10         Section 1.  The Legislature intends to revise sections

11  380.06 and 380.0651, Florida Statutes, relating to the

12  development-of-regional-impact program.

13         Section 2.  This act shall take effect July 1, 2002.
